If that’s you, we have an immediate opening and we’re ready to move.</p> <h1>What you’ll own</h1> <p>You’ll operate as the go-to authority on VDI across complex, multi-stakeholder production environments — designing, optimizing, and resolving issues no one else can.</p> <ul> <li>Architect, design, and maintain a large, globally accessed virtual desktop environment</li> <li>Serve as the organization-wide SME for diagnosing and resolving VDI performance issues</li> <li>Provide Tier 3/4 escalation support to system administrators across the enterprise</li> <li>Optimize desktops for platform interoperability and act as liaison between VDI technologies</li> <li>Drive process automation and improvement initiatives to reduce operational overhead</li> <li>Manage identity lifecycle across the VDI environment</li> <li>Conduct trade studies and make “build vs. buy” recommendations with confidence</li> <li>Apply deep technical expertise across disciplines and operate in complex, multi-stakeholder production environments</li> </ul> <h1>What you bring to the table</h1> <h2>Must-haves</h2> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI clearance</li> <li>5+ years of progressive VDI experience (Administrator through Senior Engineer), with a B.S. degree or equivalent</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops v7.15 and later</li> <li>Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS)</li> <li>Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)</li> <li>Citrix NetScaler / ADC / VPX</li> <li>Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM) and App Layering</li> <li>Liquidware Profile Unity</li> <li>Hyper-V and VMware VDI experience</li> <li>Familiarity with HP AnyConnect and Leostream</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you’ll work across teams and stakeholders at all levels</li> </ul> <h2>Strong differentiators</h2> <ul> <li>Experience managing Windows Server clustering</li> <li>Infrastructure as Code exposure: Terraform, Ansible, or similar</li> <li>System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) or VMware vCenter 6.7</li> <li>Active Directory and Group Policy administration</li> <li>Home directory, profile management, and desktop software provisioning</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your clearance. The salary range for this position is typically $145-$155k.
