No on-call duties or holiday work are required, and schedules are consistent with no rotating shifts.</li> <li><strong>A highly supported team.</strong> We maintain an overall <strong>5:1 staff-to-DVM ratio</strong>, with <strong>3–4 support staff per doctor on any given day</strong>, allowing you to focus on practicing high-quality medicine.
