No new grads, please.</p> <p><strong><u>What to Expect</u></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>A schedule that respects your time</strong>. Our last appointment of the day is at 6:30pm. You won’t be expected to stay late. Full-time veterinarians work 35-40 hours per week, including a Saturday rotation, with at least one weekday off. Appointments are 20 minutes, and we offer tech appointments. We share a light on-call rotation limited to phone triage only, with no in-clinic emergency coverage. Call-ins are rare and typically limited to established patients or boarders.</li> <li><strong>A 3:1 staff to doctor ratio</strong>. You will have the support—and respect—you need to be excellent for our patients.
