The ideal candidate is approachable, communicates well with clients and team members, and enjoys working closely with fellow DVMs and support staff to develop the best treatment plans for patients.</p> <p>You thrive in a team-oriented environment, value mentorship and collaboration, and appreciate the opportunity to practice high-quality medicine alongside experienced colleagues who genuinely enjoy supporting one another.</p> <p><strong>Anticipated Schedule:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full-time opportunities starting at 3 or 4 days per week!</li> <li>Rotating Saturday shift from 8am – 12pm.</li> <li>Designed to support flexibility and longevity in practice.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Base salary commensurate with experience ($120,000-160,000)</li> <li>Monthly production bonus with true NO-negative accrual….
