Ft. Harrison Veterinarians is seeking a strong, forward‑thinking Medical Director to lead the next chapter of our hospital in Indianapolis. This position is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys being hands‑on clinically, values high‑quality medicine, and wants an active voice in how the hospital grows and evolves. You’ll have the opportunity to guide medical protocols, develop and mentor a team, influence scheduling and workflow, and help define what success looks like at Ft. Harrison.

Compensation, Perks & More

• Salary: $140K - $160K & 20% Production, based on experience
• No Negative Accrual
