<p class="isSelectedEnd">We're looking for a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) who brings positive energy, outstanding customer service skills, and a genuine passion for helping pets and their families. As the first and last impression of our hospital, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, compassionate, and efficient experience for every client who walks through our doors.</p>

<h2 class="isSelectedEnd">✨ What You'll Be Doing</h2>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><em>As a key member of our veterinary team, you'll:</em></p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">• Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.<br>• Create a welcoming and positive first impression for every pet and pet parent.<br>• Schedule appointments efficiently while helping clients find the best care options for their pets.<br>• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.<br>• Check clients in and out, process payments, and review invoices.<br>• Explain hospital services, policies, treatment plans, wellness programs, and preventative care recommendations.<br>• Assist clients with medication refills, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications.<br>• Maintain accurate client and patient records within the practice management system.<br>• Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and clients.<br>• Handle client concerns and resolve issues with compassion and professionalism.<br>• Educate pet parents on preventive care, wellness visits, vaccination schedules, and hospital resources.<br>• Support the medical team by ensuring client information is accurate and complete before appointments.<br>• Manage daily appointment flow and help maximize schedule efficiency.<br>• Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, inventory support, and record management.<br>• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and lobby.<br>• Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and personalized care.<br>• Advocate for every pet and family by ensuring they feel heard, supported, and cared for throughout their visit.</p>

<p class="isSelectedEnd">• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required.<br>• Previous veterinary, animal care, medical office, or client service experience preferred.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.<br>• The ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional in fast-paced or emotional situations.<br>• Experience handling multiple phone lines, scheduling software, and computer systems.<br>• Strong organizational and time management skills.<br>• A positive attitude and team-first mindset.<br>• A genuine love for animals and the people who love them.<br>• The ability to provide exceptional service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.</p>
