🛠 What you’ll do

• Manage multiple clinic onboardings from closed-won to go-live
• Coordinate integrations, pricing, plan setup, and timelines
• Analyze clinic data to build accurate, effective wellness plans
• Catch and resolve issues before they impact a launch
• Serve as the main point of contact for clinics during onboarding
• Keep detailed, organized records across all active projects

💡What we're looking for

• 2+ years in-clinic veterinary experience
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with data and systems
• Strong problem-solver and communicator
• Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment

• You don’t enjoy working directly with clients, hopping on calls, presenting and teaching others
• Working alone or on small teams doesn’t sound fun to you
• You dislike wearing multiple hats or having a heavy workload
• You can’t handle ambiguity and lack of structure

💸 Compensation

• $55 000 - $60 000 base salary + bonus plan
