<p><strong>The Pet Wellness Group is hiring a full-time Veterinary Receptionist</strong> to be the first point of contact for our veterinary clients, playing a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. We are looking for a customer service professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and is passionate about animal care.</p>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Salary: </span></strong><span data-contrast="none">$15 per hour<br></span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Schedule: </span></strong>30-34 hours per week, more available if wanted. 4 day work week with a rotational every other Saturday</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Greet clients and their pets, complete the appointment sign-in process, confirm appointment details, and escort clients to exam rooms.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate service and product sales accounting, handle payments, process credit/debit cards, and schedule future appointments.</li>
<li>Answer client calls for appointments, hospital inquiries, medication refills, and other requests. Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups.</li>
<li>Understand common vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, common diseases, veterinary terminology, and pet behavior.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li>
<li>Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor</li>
