<p><strong>Receptionist</strong></p> <p><strong>Dorset Street Animal Hospital is hiring a full-time Front-Desk Receptionist</strong> to be the first point of contact for our veterinary clients, playing a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Our hospital is open 8am–8pm, seven days a week. This position includes a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, with some evening shifts required.</span></span></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Greet clients and their pets, complete the appointment sign-in process, confirm appointment details, and escort clients to exam rooms.</li> <li>Ensure accurate service and product sales accounting, handle payments, process credit/debit cards, and schedule future appointments.</li> <li>Answer client calls for appointments, hospital inquiries, medication refills, and other requests.
