Veterinary Receptionist

<p><strong>Receptionist</strong></p> <p>Horse Heaven Hills Pet Urgent Care &amp; Veterinary Center is hiring a full-time front-desk receptionist to&nbsp;be the first point of contact for our veterinary clients, playing a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Monday - Saturday 7:15am-11:30pm Sunday7:30am-7:30pm<br>10 hour shifts</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Greet clients and their pets, complete the appointment sign-in process, confirm appointment details, and escort clients to exam rooms.</li> <li>Ensure accurate service and product sales accounting, handle payments, process credit/debit cards, and schedule future appointments.</li> <li>Answer client calls for appointments, hospital inquiries, medication refills, and other requests.
