At Optime, we're building dedicated Service Delivery Teams that take ownership of client success across our airport network.

We're looking for a Vetting Team Leader to become the vetting and compliance expert within our Heathrow Service Delivery Team, supporting Heathrow, Luton and London City Airports.

This is not a traditional management role.

Instead, you'll be the operational lead for vetting delivery, working alongside recruiters, airport stakeholders and the Service Delivery Manager to ensure candidates are cleared quickly, compliantly and in line with client commitments.

• Salary of £35,000 per annum
• Monthly bonus of up to £500
• Working hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 am to 17:00 pm

• Coordinating vetting activity across the Service Delivery Team.

• Driving improvements in vetting turnaround times and compliance performance.
