You will report to the Chief Strategy Officer.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>You Will:</h3> <ul> <li>Guide the strategic direction for the brand</li> <li>Collaborate with the Creative, Account, Medical and Engagement Strategy teams on brand and communications strategies</li> <li>Foster an environment that encourages innovative ideas from team members and builds buy-in across the delivery team</li> <li>Create strategic roadmaps that are prioritized based on business objectives and organizational feasibility</li> <li>Develop and facilitate client-facing workshops and strategic planning exercises</li> <li>Provide thought leadership</li> <li>Partner with the Account Management teams to elevate Inizio Evoke as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients</li> <li>Mine provocative insights that form the basis for creative strategies</li> <li>Develop inspiring creative briefs and briefings</li> <li>Provide Brand Strategy expertise in new business pitches</li> <li>Partner with clients on market research activities to develop and champion brand platforms and marketing strategy</li> </ul> <h3>You Will Bring:</h3> <ul> <li>12+ years experience in Brand Strategy/Planning in an agency setting</li> <li>Expertise in both HCP and DTC healthcare communications</li> <li>Demonstrated experience managing a team of strategists</li> <li>Superb communications skills, both written and verbal/presentation</li> <li>An adept storytelling ability; able to simplify and clarify complex concepts</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills</li> <li>A highly collaborative attitude</li> <li>Passion for pitching</li> <li>Curiosity about and ability to utilize a range of data sources including the use of Gen AI &amp; behavioral data</li> </ul> <p>Inizio Evoke provides an exciting and flexible work environment, great compensation packages and outstanding company paid benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and flexible time off.</p> <p><em>We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
