This position will be fully onsite for the first 90 days. font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"></span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"></span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">5+ years of experience leading enterprise application teams and strategic technology initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Strong experience with Oracle and other enterprise platforms (ERP, HCM, CRM, or related systems).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Proven success partnering with executive leaders to align technology investments with business objectives.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;
