<div><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of Conquest financial planning software.</li>
<li>Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology to deliver an optimized Advisor and client experience. </li>
<li>Design and deliver Wealth Advisor training, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to drive adoption of tools and processes.</li>
<li>Support Advisors in delivering a holistic, goals‑based experience that compliments investment management.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing coaching and troubleshooting support to Advisors.</li>
<li>Enable Advisors to confidently refer financial planning and tax opportunities to qualified external professionals, ensuring a seamless and integrated client experience.</li>
<li>Participate in client meetings where advanced case support would enable the sales process.</li>

<div><strong>What You Bring:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>A CFP designation</li>
<li>10+ years in wealth management, private wealth, or wealth planning roles.</li>
<li>3+ years hands-on experience with Conquest financial planning software.</li>
<li>Strong financial planning foundation and client advisory skills.</li>
<li>Experience coaching or enabling Wealth Advisors directly.</li>
<li>Proven change management experience, including adoption of new tools or processes.</li>
<li>Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.</li>

<div><em>The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $190,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual performance bonus, our long-term incentive program and profit sharing.
