This role is accountable for defining and executing integrated medical strategies that support scientific differentiation, clinical value, and lifecycle advancement of CNS products across development, launch, and commercialization.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Reporting directly to the <strong>Chief Medical Officer</strong>, this executive will oversee a team of <strong>Medical Leads </strong>aligned to CNS brands and indications. The role will partner closely with <strong>Commercial Brand Executives</strong> and <strong>Franchise Portfolio Management</strong> to ensure medical strategy and input is embedded into brand planning, portfolio prioritization, and long-range value creation—while upholding the highest standards of scientific integrity, compliance, and patient centricity.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead, mentor, and develop a team of&nbsp;<strong>Medical Leads </strong>supporting CNS brands and programs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Establish clear frameworks, standards, and expectations for <strong>CNS brand-level medical strategy development, execution, and measurement</strong>.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ensure Medical Strategy function as highly collaborative, credible scientific experts and trusted strategic partners&nbsp; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with <strong>Franchise Portfolio Management</strong> to inform <strong>portfolio prioritization, indication sequencing and timing, formulation strategies, and long-range CNS lifecycle planning</strong> across global markets.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Oversee medical contributions to <strong>integrated brand plans</strong>, launch readiness, post-launch optimization, and expansion strategies.</span></li> </ul> <p><br><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Leverage insights (including evolving treatment landscape and new market entrants) from MSLs, KOLs, advisory boards, and scientific congresses to continuously refine CNS medical strategy.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;
