This role is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources across the region, including HR Operations, Employee Relations, Compensation &amp; Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning &amp; Development, HR Business Partners, Payroll, HRIS, Employee Communications, Culture &amp; Engagement, and Talent Management, supporting approximately 1,700 employees.</p> <p>In addition, the role leads the delivery of a shared services model across subsidiaries, including two manufacturing facilities, supporting approximately 1,500 employees.</p> <p>As a direct report to the CEO, North America and the Head of Global HR located in South Korean with oversight of overseas HR Operations, you will operate within a matrixed environment and partner closely with both leaders with shared accountability for aligning regional execution to global strategy and driving business outcomes.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Set HR strategy and organizational model to support U.S. Sales &amp; Marketing and North America Shared Services</li> <li>Establish and drive HR performance metrics aligned to business outcomes</li> <li>Advise executive leadership on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and performance</li> <li>Lead forward-looking HR initiatives to prepare for future workforce needs</li> <li>Partner with Global HR to ensure alignment on processes, compliance, and reporting</li> <li>Serve as a strategic advisor on talent and organizational priorities</li> <li>Lead and evolve a shared services HR model across subsidiaries</li> <li>Strengthen culture, engagement, and employee experience</li> <li>Drive global programs including Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Organizational Planning</li> <li>Chair the 401(k) Fiduciary Committee</li> <li>Lead Compensation Committee alignment on total rewards strategy</li> <li>Share and implement global best practices adapted to local requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>20+ years of progressive success in HR leadership roles including experience in a multinational organization</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership skills and strong business acumen</li> <li>Proven ability to lead transformational and organizational change</li> <li>Strong change management mindset and experience managing multiple initiatives</li> <li>Experience in integration environments (M&amp;A, Joint Ventures, business transformation)</li> <li>Ability to lead and align shared services across diverse business needs</li> <li>Experience operating in a global, multicultural, matrixed organization</li> <li>Ability to influence and lead without direct reporting authority</li> <li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Comfortable in a technology-focused environment</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Recruiting Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$286,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$370,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Benefits Offered Full-Time Employees:</strong></p> <ul> <li>No-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits.</li> <li>Auto enrollment with immediate vesting of competitive company matching contributions in a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with several investment&nbsp;options.</li> <li>Generous Paid Time Off program that includes company holidays and a combined bank of paid sick and vacation time. &nbsp;</li> <li>Performance based Short-Term Incentives (varies by role).</li> <li>Access to confidential mental health resources to help you and your loved ones improve your quality of life.
