<p>The VP of Project Operations leads the end-to-end execution engine for DCS Core, overseeing engineering, project management, and site operations. This leader is accountable for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards—while establishing a culture where ownership, accountability, and client-satisfying results.</p>
<p>Reporting to the President, this role partners cross-functionally and across companies to drive execution discipline, improve performance, and build a high-performing, accountable organization.</p>

<li>Own portfolio performance (schedule, budget, quality, customer outcomes)</li>
