They must be skilled in using video editing software, have a creative eye, and be able to work collaboratively with other members of the video production team.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>Contract to hire</strong></p> <h3><span style="font-weight: 400;">Key Responsibilities:</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Edit raw video footage and audio files into a finished product that meets project specifications</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Add music, sound effects, and other elements to enhance the video</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with the producer and director to understand the project goals and requirements</span></li> <li>Create motion graphics and incorporate other visual elements into the video</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure the final product meets quality standards and is delivered on time</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Stay up to date with new video editing technologies and techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage project files and archives to ensure efficient organization and retrieval</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Communicate effectively with clients or stakeholders to ensure their needs are met</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-weight: 400;">Requirements:</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio of work</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Knowledge of video compression, encoding, and delivery standards</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Familiarity with motion graphics software, such as After Effects, is a plus</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or related field is preferred but not required</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
