<p class="p3">We’re looking for a social-native editor who turns ideas into thumb-stopping videos that convert. This role moves fast, involves constant testing, and sharpens creative instincts through real-time performance data. You’ll work inside U.S.-based pods, collaborating in real time within a high-accountability, performance-first environment.</p>

<p class="p3">🎥 Edit high-performing short-form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts</p>
<p class="p3">⭐ Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs</p>
<p class="p3">🤝 Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly</p>
<p class="p3">👑 Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback</p>
<p class="p3">⚖️ Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">🧬 </span><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>
<p class="p3">📊 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred)</p>
<p class="p3">🏆 Expertise in Premiere Pro (pacing, structure, audio, storytelling)</p>
<p class="p3">👀 Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects skills (motion graphics, kinetic typography)</p>
<p class="p3">🪪 Must have personal, licensed access to Adobe Creative Cloud</p>
<p class="p3">📈 Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts</p>
<p class="p3">🗣️ Comfortable working in English with async, global teams</p>
