Apera is led by an experienced team from high-growth companies focused on robotics, artificial intelligence, and advanced manufacturing.</span></p></div><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a Video &amp; Visual Application Content Producer to create compelling visual content that showcases real automation applications using Apera technology.</p> <p>This role will produce robotics application videos, product demonstrations, and customer success stories that support marketing campaigns and help sales teams engage potential customers.</p> <p>The ideal candidate enjoys working with technical products and industrial environments, and has strong video production and storytelling skills.</p> <p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <p><strong>Application Video Production</strong></p> <ul> <li>Produce videos demonstrating robotics automation applications</li> <li>Capture real-world examples such as:</li> <ul> <li>Bin picking</li> <li>Machine tending</li> <li>Kitting</li> <li>Robotic picking</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Customer Success Videos</strong></p> <ul> <li>Film and produce case studies and automation success stories</li> <li>Document customer deployments and system integrations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Marketing Campaign Visuals</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create visual assets including:</li> <ul> <li>Diagrams</li> <li>Animations</li> <li>Graphics</li> </ul> <li>Support marketing campaigns with high-quality visuals</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sales Enablement Content</strong></p> <ul> <li>Produce short video clips for sales outreach</li> <li>Create visual content used in sales presentations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Event Content Production</strong></p> <ul> <li>Capture video and photography at:</li> <ul> <li>Trade shows</li> <li>Demonstrations</li> <li>Customer sites</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>3–5 years experience in video production or visual content creation</li> <li>Strong video filming and editing skills</li> <li>Experience producing product or technical content</li> <li>Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus</li> <li>Ability to translate technical concepts into engaging visual stories</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></p> <ul> <li>A large and growing library of robotics application videos</li> <li>High-quality visual content used across marketing campaigns</li> <li>Strong visual support for sales outreach and presentations</li> <li>Increased engagement with Apera’s marketing content</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we offer!</strong></p> <p><strong>Equity Participation</strong><br>As an employee-owned company, we provide a meaningful stock option program, enabling all team members to share in the company’s long-term success and growth.</p> <p><strong>Competitive &amp; Transparent Compensation</strong><br>We offer a competitive and transparent compensation package aligned with market benchmarks. For this role, the expected salary range is MXN $510,000– $603,000 annually.</p> <p>The final compensation package will be determined based on a range of factors, including your experience, skills, and the value you bring to the role and the organization.</p>
