<p>Coordinate with internal departments (Payments, Risk, Marketing, Support, etc.);</p>

<p>Track KPIs related to retention, reactivation, and revenue growth;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Stay updated on products, promotions, and market trends;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Comply with company policies and security standards.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h5>We need your professional experience:</h5>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Fluency in Spanish (mandatory);</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Upper-Intermediate to Advanced command of English (written and spoken);</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Previous experience as an Account Manager, VIP Manager, or similar role;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience in iGaming / fintech / online services (preferred);</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Results-driven with a strong focus on revenue and retention.</p>
</li>
</ul>
