We’d love to have you with us.</p></div><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are looking for a German VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of customers and increase of their lifetime value.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Role Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage and expand a portfolio of high-value personal accounts, while acting as their main point of contact;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor account activity, identify potential opportunities and observe any risks to the business;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Reactivate and retain inactive accounts to ensure long-term loyalty;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Solve complex and technical issues, ensuring a high level of service in every solution;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Create and provide bonuses that align with the reward strategies based on how each account performs; </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Make sure all account activity is aligned with the highest regulatory and safety standards;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with the other departments to provide feedback about the user experience;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Encourage players to try new games, products or increase activity on the site;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bring inactive VIPs back to the platform through tailored incentives;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Analyze customers behavior to estimate their total potential and promote the benefits of using our services;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by remaining adaptable and maintaining focus on key deliverables.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Role Requirements:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Background in key account management, high-end customer support, or sales;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to interpret customer data and behavioral patterns to provide personalized service and strategic bonus incentives;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A proactive mindset with the ability to source and implement effective solutions for complex client issues;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in English and German both written and spoken;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Availability to work according to a business shift schedule (including potential evenings/weekends) to ensure consistent coverage.</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We offer a dynamic shift-based schedule, covering 5 out of 7 days, including two weekends per month to support our global operations.</span></li>
