About the role

<p>We are seeking for a senior, hands-on role responsible for the complete technology environment of a CEO, executive team, and their families across 5+ private residences and 6+ offices in EMEA and Singapore. The role requires full ownership of IT infrastructure, devices, connectivity, and physical security technology ensuring guaranteed continuity under any operational conditions.</p> <h3><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Maintain seamless, continuously validated technology environments across all locations: laptops, tablets, mobile devices, monitors, AV equipment, and Zoom Rooms. Deliver expert support for Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.</li> <li>Design, deploy, and manage multi-site network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, managed switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and network segmentation.</li> <li>Configure and support satellite connectivity (Starlink) for maritime and remote locations.</li> <li>Manage physical security technology: CCTV, IP cameras, NVR systems, and access control across all managed properties.</li> <li>Provide on-demand support to executive family members on personal devices and home office setups.</li> <li>Handle physical setup and installation of technology equipment at residences and ensure fully operational, secure technology setups during business travel — including hotels, vehicles, and yachts.</li> <li>Manage all IT assets across locations: device inventories, software licenses, and subscriptions, with proactive refresh cycles.</li> <li>Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls appropriate to high-value individuals: endpoint protection, MDM, firewall configuration, anti-malware, and secure VPN.</li> <li>Conduct proactive testing of all equipment and conferencing systems ahead of meetings and events.</li> <li>Maintain current documentation of system configurations, operational procedures, and issue resolutions across all locations.</li> <li>Be available on-call for urgent support outside business hours under a structured on-call arrangement.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Proven experience providing direct IT support to C-suite or VIP principals with personal accountability for their technology environment.</li> <li>Hands-on network engineering competency: routing, switching, Wi-Fi, firewall management, VPN, and multi-site WAN.</li> <li>Proficiency in Windows, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, and Zoom. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software stacks.</li> <li>Practical experience with Starlink or equivalent satellite connectivity platforms.</li> <li>Familiarity with physical security systems: IP CCTV, NVR/DVR, and access control.</li> <li>Solid understanding of endpoint security, backup, and recovery in high-value individual contexts.</li> <li>Ability to own technical problems end-to-end without reliance on external vendors for routine issues.</li> <li>Fluency in English required; German, Russian, or Turkish is an advantage.</li> <li>Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in confidential personal and executive environments.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Travel and Other Requirements:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Frequent international travel required, including on short notice; valid passport mandatory.</li> <li>Primary travel destinations: Singapore, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Turkey, Serbia, Bulgaria.</li> <li>Must pass comprehensive background screening as a condition of employment — including criminal record check and professional references — conducted in accordance with applicable law.</li> <li>Five-year contract with renewal options.</li> </ul>
