Visual Merchandiser

We started in 2010 with a goal to become the Aussie go-to for dirt bike parts and gear. Today, we’re Australia’s largest online moto retailer, and we’re still pushing to be better every single day.

With continued growth across the business, we’re looking for a Visual Merchandiser who can keep up, take ownership, and raise the bar.

What you’ll actually be doing

This role sits at the core of our ecommerce engine, getting products live, accurate, and performing.

1. Creating and merchandising ~900 products per week
2. Continuously improving product pages and content (Kaizen mindset is non-negotiable)
3. Identifying and fixing product or webstore issues quickly
4. Working closely with the buying team to produce high-quality product content for webstores
5. Supporting product content across multiple channels
6. Contributing across multiple ecommerce brands (with MXstore as the priority)

This is high-volume, detail-heavy work - and it matters. What you do directly impacts customer experience and sales.

What we’re looking for

This role suits someone who is switched on, efficient, and takes pride in getting things right.

You’ll need to bring:

1. Strong computer skills - you move quickly and confidently through systems
2. Experience with Neto, Excel, or similar tools
3. High attention to detail (you notice what others miss)
4. The ability to handle large volumes of work without dropping standards
5. A proactive mindset - you don’t wait to be told what to fix

Ecommerce experience helps, but performance and attitude matter more.
