Reporting to the Head of Retail, your core objective is to own the aesthetic layout of PRISM+ retail stores and trade shows so our products look irresistible, easy to compare, and easy to buy. This is a hands-on role: you’ll execute store VM standards, support launches/promotions, and improve how customers move through the space, from hero zones and demo areas to accessory attachment and bundle storytelling.
You will work closely with Retail Ops, Store Managers, and Marketing/Design to bring our omni-channel campaigns into the physical store experience.
Responsibilities
In-Store Visual Execution
- Execute and maintain merchandising layouts across categories (TVs, monitors, aircon, smart locks, appliances, new launches), ensuring clear tiering, easy comparison of benefits, and updated SKU assortment.
- Ensure store and event displays are consistently brand-aligned: updated point of sale material, demo readiness, pricing/label accuracy, and fixture upkeep.
Promotions, Launches and Retail Storytelling
- Support campaign rollouts (e.g., mega sale periods, seasonal drops, new category launches): update feature tables, hero walls, demo zones, and promotional signages.
- Translate online campaign priorities into store: highlight key value props, bundles, and offers clearly and consistently across stores.
- Support pop-ups/events with quick-turn setup and teardown, including basic vendor coordination as needed.
Standards, Training and Consistency
- Help document VM standards (store zones, fixtures, signage rules, “what good looks like”) and coach store teams to maintain them daily.
- Conduct store walks and produce simple VM scorecards/checklists: what’s working, what’s broken, what needs fixing by when.
Continuous Improvement
- Observe shopper behavior (where customers pause, compare, get confused) and recommend layout/signage improvements to improve conversion and basket attach.
- Use basic sales data (fast movers, slow movers, promo performance) to inform what gets featured with a focus on commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- 1-2 years in visual merchandising / retail merchandising / store presentation (fashion, electronics, FMCG, specialty retail or others).
- Strong eye for layout, hierarchy, and cleanliness. You care about details and consistency.
- Comfortable with hands-on physical setup (moving small-to-medium items and directing movers).
- Able to work cross-functionally with store teams and communicate clearly.
- Experience with floor plans and layout planning will be a plus.
- Basic design tooling familiarity (Canva, Figma) will be a plus.
