About the role
Our successful client is a fast-growing business operating in lead generation across many markets and numerous properties. The role can be fully remote or based in Malta.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in web UI design
- Experience with Figma
- Experience in designing interfaces, wireframes, concepts
- Knowledge about both web and mobile practices
- Understanding of Practices for accessibility
- Attention to detail
- Strong UI portfolio is a must
- Self-starter with good communication skills
- Agile/Scrum environment experience
- Availability to work in the Central European time zone
Responsibilities
- The candidate would be expected to design UI / Visual solutions for multiple products
- Defining the direction and shape for the product ideas
- Implement knowledge and experience for color, composition, iconography and other User Interface / Visual elements
- Work on user-centric designs
- Some work with resolving UX issues
- Designing user-centric icons, interface elements, illustrations...
- Creating and managing the design elements library
- Work on creating the new design system
- Work on mock-ups and prototyping
- The candidate will be working closely with QA and other teams in order to make sure the designs are meeting the specifications
- Working closely with the product team on guiding and supporting the design standards
