While most roles require on-site presence, limited telecommuting options may be considered in rare cases based on specific job responsibilities and business needs. Any flexible work arrangements are determined at the discretion of leadership and HR and are not a standard benefit.</p> <p class="" data-start="1525" data-end="2230"><strong data-start="1525" data-end="1555">Pay Transparency Statement</strong><br data-start="1555" data-end="1558">The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Claris Health’s pay ranges vary based on work location. As part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
