This role is centered on long-term business development and executive partnership leadership within InMobi Ads. The initial emphasis is on establishing depth, credibility, and trusted engagement with priority OEM and Telco partners—particularly in the United States—while creating the foundation to extend those partnerships across the broader global ecosystem over time. Operating at the intersection of advertising platforms, device-native experiences, and connected ecosystems, you will act as InMobi Ads’ senior representative to OEMs and telecom operators. Success in this role will be defined by the strength, durability, and institutional nature of partnerships, with advertising adoption and commercial outcomes emerging through sustained collaboration rather than transactional execution. Reporting into the Vice President, Client Development – Global, you will define the OEM & Telco Ads business development charter, shape partnership strategy, and ensure these relationships are built to scale across markets, devices, and multi-year horizons. This role is based in the United States and involves regular engagement with partners across North America, Asia, and other priority markets. Travel is expected as part of building and sustaining executive-level partnerships. <hr> The impact you’ll make  Strategic Business Development across OEM & Telco Ecosystems <ul> <li>Lead Client Development efforts for InMobi Ads across OEM and Telco partners, establishing anchor relationships and long-term partnership pathways.</li> <li>Build depth with priority partners while shaping how those relationships expand across additional markets and regions over time.</li> <li>Position InMobi Ads as a strategic advertising and platform partner, aligned to partners’ long-term device, platform, and monetization roadmaps.</li> <li>Ensure partnerships are designed to scale across geographies, device categories, and evolving advertising use cases.</li> </ul> Executive Relationship Ownership & Partnership Stewardship <ul> <li>Serve as the executive relationship owner for InMobi Ads’ most strategic OEM and Telco partnerships.</li> <li>Build and sustain trusted, senior-level relationships with decision-makers across partner organizations, including CEO, President, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing leadership.</li> <li>Provide continuity and senior stewardship through leadership transitions, roadmap evolution, and multi-year planning cycles.</li> <li>Establish InMobi Ads as a credible, long-term partner within the OEM and Telco advertising ecosystem.</li> </ul> Joint Business Development & Institutional Partnerships <ul> <li>Originate and steward multi-year Joint Business Plans with priority OEM and Telco partners.</li> <li>Anchor partnerships around: <ul> <li>Adoption of InMobi Ads capabilities across device-native and connected environments</li> <li>Expansion across surfaces, formats, and markets</li> <li>Alignment with advertiser and agency ecosystems</li> </ul> </li> <li>Establish clear governance structures, operating cadence, and shared success metrics.</li> <li>Ensure partnerships mature from early-stage collaboration into institutionalized, repeatable engagements that deliver sustained business value.</li> </ul> Ads-Side Strategic Enablement & Commercial Structuring <ul> <li>Shape the strategic and commercial frameworks that support sustainable advertising adoption across OEM and Telco partnerships.</li> <li>Ensure alignment between partner priorities, advertiser and agency demand, and internal execution teams.</li> <li>Guide the evolution of partnerships from initial integration to scaled, multi-market programs.</li> <li>Lead complex, multi-year partnership discussions and long-horizon commercial agreements.</li> </ul> Organizational Leadership & Internal Alignment <ul> <li>Act as the internal owner and strategic leader of the OEM & Telco Ads business development vertical.</li> <li>Build and lead a senior partnership bench as the ecosystem evolves and expands.</li> <li>Align Product, Solutions, Legal, and RevOps teams to support enterprise-grade partnership execution.</li> <li>Represent OEM & Telco Ads priorities in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning, leadership reviews, and long-range strategy discussions.</li> </ul> <hr> The experience we need <ul> <li>15+ years of experience in enterprise business development, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem leadership, ideally within OEM, telecom, advertising, or platform-led environments</li> <li>Demonstrated success in building long-term, multi-year partnerships with large, complex organizations</li> <li>Strong executive presence and credibility with senior enterprise stakeholders</li> <li>Proven ability to navigate complex governance structures, long partnership lifecycles, and multi-party ecosystems</li> <li>Experience working across both U.S. and international markets; familiarity with Asia-based OEM and Telco ecosystems is a strong advantage</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred</li> </ul> <hr> What we build…  At InMobi, we’re building products that are redefining industries. We determine compensation based on a wide variety of factors, including role, nature of experience, skills, and location.  The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $193,620 – $306,565 USD (min to max of base salary pay range). This salary range is applicable for our offices located in California and New York*. In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of an annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus/sales incentive, as deemed per policy, in addition to fixed compensation. *Our ranges may vary based on the final location or region of the roles in accordance with the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country.  In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units. We believe that our employees/personnel should have the ability to own a part of the entity they are a part of.
