About the role
Overview
Seeking a senior leadership professional to support the expedited growth of the commercial engineering division. This individual will partner closely with President of Commercial engineering and oversee a team of directors and engineers delivering work across gaming, hospitality, healthcare, and science/laboratory environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight to Directors and senior engineering staff
Support delivery across commercial MEP projects (gaming, hospitality, healthcare, labs)
Drive client relationship management and retention
Act as a senior escalation point for project execution and delivery quality
Collaborate with executive leadership on growth strategy and team scaling
Ensure strong responsiveness, communication, and client trust
Professional Engineer (P.E.) required
15–25+ years of MEP engineering experience
Proven experience leading teams through Directors / senior managers
Strong background in commercial MEP environments
Experience in commercial Gaming, Hospitality, Healthcare, Labs MEP projects
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships at a senior level
Excellent communication and leadership presence
1-2 days per week in-office
