Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the Bank's information and cybersecurity strategy implementation, including related policies, standards, and guidelines, to align with business and operational goals;

• Ensuring the Group’s information and cybersecurity risk management program is in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practice;

• Conducting information and cybersecurity training and awareness;

• Support execution of DLP strategies and initiatives according to the DLP roadmap;

• Investigate and escalate DLP incidents in accordance with the DLP incident response and handling procedures;

• Conduct evaluations of the cybersecurity control environment to identify gaps and implement continuous improvement measures.

• Assessing deviations from the policies, standards and guidelines raised by the BUs and SUs;

• Maintaining appropriate contacts with the regulators and industry bodies for cybersecurity matters and information sharing, including cybersecurity incident notification and updates;

• Provides advisory reviews for projects, ensuring that new systems and initiatives integrate security by design

• Provide consultation related to cyber security such as risk issues, including identifying potential business/operational impact, severity of risks, and recommending mitigating controls and remediation plans.
