As VP Engineering, you will set the technical direction for a complex, regulated, multi-market insurance platform and inspire your team to clear a bar that most organizations never attempt. You will go deep on architecture, deep on the product, and deep on the people, while making sure the engineering function pulls its weight across the entire company. Grit is the baseline.
