This role blends creative vision with operational excellence, delivering high-impact moments for fans, partners, employees, and VIP guests.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You’ll lead a small team of full-time and part-time staff while serving as the primary driver of event quality, consistency, and innovation. font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proven experience managing third-party event agencies — including briefing, overseeing production, and holding external partners accountable to outcomes</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;
