You will play a key role in driving financial strategy, ensuring robust governance, and supporting strategic decisions across the business – including budgeting, forecasting, and key projects related to growth and corporate development.</span></p> <h3 data-start="423" data-end="449">TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</h3> <ul> <li data-start="452" data-end="546">Lead all finance operations: accounting, budgeting, forecasting, controlling, and reporting.</li> <li data-start="549" data-end="626">Develop and execute financial strategy to support growth and profitability.</li> <li data-start="629" data-end="699">Ensure compliance with HGB (German GAAP); IFRS experience preferred.</li> <li data-start="702" data-end="775">Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, investors, and banks.</li> <li data-start="778" data-end="843">Support fundraising, equity/debt financing, and M&amp;A activities.</li> <li data-start="846" data-end="908">Optimize cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation.</li> <li data-start="911" data-end="984"><span data-teams="true">Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and systems, leveraging automation and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reporting quality.</span></li> <li data-start="987" data-end="1037">Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.</li> <li>Prepare clear, actionable board and investor reports.</li> <li>Provide data-driven insights to guide business decisions across products, markets, and business units.</li> <li>Partner closely with business leaders to ensure financial clarity, accountability, and smart growth decisions.</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1097" data-end="1117">QUALIFICATIONS</h3> <ul> <li data-start="1120" data-end="1196">Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.</li> <li data-start="1199" data-end="1262">Professional qualification (Steuerberater, CPA, ACCA) a plus.</li> <li data-start="1265" data-end="1368">10+ years in finance, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in a startup/scale-up.</li> <li data-start="1438" data-end="1477">Strong knowledge of HGB; IFRS a plus.</li> <li data-start="1480" data-end="1590">Hands-on experience with financial automation and modern SaaS finance tools.</li> <li data-start="1593" data-end="1643">Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.</li> <li data-start="1646" data-end="1709">Fluent in German and English;
