This person will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with senior executives at high-priority accounts, leveraging industry insights to inform strategic initiatives and developing compelling proposals to showcase the value of Talkspace's solutions. They oversee the sales cycle for new payer accounts, assist with business development initiatives, and drive referrals. This includes fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful service implementation and delivery, tailoring offerings to meet client needs, and aligning payer contracting strategies with organizational priorities. Additionally, they lead contract negotiations with national payers, resolve escalated complaints, and monitor relevant legislation to support the organization's financial sustainability and growth objectives. font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Strategic Account Management</strong></span><br> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Cultivate and manage relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at high-priority and assigned accounts.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Understand industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic initiatives.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with business development initiatives and partnerships to drive referrals.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Upsell&nbsp; other Talkspace lines of business to assigned accounts as well as sell to other payor lines of business.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and present compelling proposals, showcasing the value of Talkspace's solutions to clients.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee the sales cycle for new payer accounts, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></span> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Foster collaboration across internal departments to ensure successful implementation and delivery of services.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor Talkspace's offerings to meet clients' specific requirements.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, clinical leadership, and operational teams, to ensure alignment of payer growth strategies with organizational priorities and initiatives.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead contract negotiations with national payers to secure favorable reimbursement rates, terms, and conditions that support the financial sustainability and growth objectives of the organization, including value based contracting opportunities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Resolve escalated payer/client complaints which could affect Talkspace’s relationship with the payer.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor state and federal legislation related to payment initiatives and policy changes that could impact negotiations with health plans.</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Performs other related duties as assigned.<em> </em></strong></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About You</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">10 years experience in managing payer relationships and contracting (negotiation,implementation, account management of payer relations in healthcare).</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">5+ years in behavioral healthcare, preferably at a regional or national level.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior clinicians, C-suite executives, and other community leaders to execute the strategic vision set forth by the Chief Growth Officer.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and develop customized solutions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Google Sheets, and more)and sales tools to track progress and manage relationships.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong skills in preparing comprehensive presentations and utilizing social media and modern marketing platforms across territories.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Results-oriented attitude with a track record of exceeding sales targets and goals.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfort with public speaking and presenting.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
