<p>Lynx Analytics is an AI-native consulting firm focused on solving complex challenges for global life sciences organizations. We work with leading pharma, biotech, and medtech organisations to design and deliver high-impact solutions — from AI-driven commercial analytics to pharmacovigilance and patient insights. Our work is hands-on, deeply technical, and built around real client outcomes</p>
<p>Our clients include some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies — spanning oncology, commercial analytics, and beyond. We are a lean, expert team and we are growing. This is an early, foundational hire — and the opportunity to shape how we go to market.</p>
<p>We are hiring a VP of Sales to build and lead our commercial function from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role at a real inflection point: Lynx has strong delivery capability, a growing reputation, and a clear set of service offerings — and we are ready to scale.</p>
<p>You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to turn that foundation into a consistent, scalable revenue engine. You will define how we sell, what we lead with, and where we focus. Critically, you will not just build the playbook — you will execute it. Early on, that means personally driving and closing key deals while putting the systems and structure in place to grow the team over time.</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What This Involves:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Own and deliver on revenue targets across target markets and accounts</li>
<li>Personally lead and close strategic engagements, particularly in the early phase</li>
<li>Define Lynx’s go-to-market: positioning, service packaging, pricing, and messaging</li>
<li>Build the full sales motion — from pipeline generation and qualification through to deal close and account expansion</li>
<li>Establish practical, lightweight systems for pipeline visibility, forecasting, and account planning</li>
<li>Develop and steward senior relationships across pharma, biotech, and medtech clients</li>
<li>Recruit, onboard, and grow the commercial team as the business scales</li>
<li>Represent Lynx in senior client settings, industry conferences, and key forums</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who We're Looking For: </strong></span></p>
<p>You have a track record of winning and growing consulting or solutions-based business in life sciences — and you know how to operate in environments where the deals are complex, the buyers are senior, and the relationship matters as much as the proposal.</p>
<ul>
<li>10–15+ years in commercial roles, with meaningful experience building or scaling a sales or business development function</li>
<li>Deep credibility in life sciences — whether from the commercial, data, digital, or R&D side</li>
<li>A background in selling analytics, AI, or professional services engagements — where the value is in expertise and outcomes, not just the product</li>
<li>A genuine builder’s mindset: energised by ambiguity, and skilled at creating structure without over-engineering it</li>
<li>A strong operator who can translate vision into consistent day-to-day execution</li>
<li>Executive presence and comfort engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders — as a peer, not just a vendor</li>
<li>Global exposure across the US, Europe, or Asia is a plus</li>
<li>Motivated by long-term value creation — and the equity upside that comes with building something significant</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Location:</strong></span></p>
<p>We are looking for candidates based on the East Coast of the United States. Preference is for the Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania), given the concentration of life sciences clients and partners in the region. The role involves regular client travel.</p>
