When the 2022 national infant formula shortage left parents across the country unable to feed their babies, we closed our storefront to new customers rather than leave a single existing family without formula. We went to Washington. We got loud. And we opened our Heath, Ohio manufacturing facility to make sure something like that could never happen again.</p>

<h2 class="text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold">Bobbie for Change</h2>
<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">Our advocacy arm, Bobbie for Change, exists because making great formula isn't enough if the systems around parenthood are still broken. We fight for paid federal parental leave, push for legislation to prevent future formula shortages, advocate for feeding equity, and support families navigating impossible situations, including donating formula to parents impacted by breast and gynecologic cancers through the Bobbie Breasties program.</p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">As the VP, Supply Chain, you will have a seat at the table to lead the strategy and the team responsible for expanding our scaling supply chain operations at Bobbie. Reporting to the COO, you will oversee and be accountable for our end-to-end supply chain, including logistics, fulfillment, planning, procurement, co-packing relationships and contracts. You will manage the team in place executing in these functions, and will expand the team to include required expertise to ensure Bobbie hits our target business milestones.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You will establish performance metrics for the organization and report out regularly on progress against our targets. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Lead Bobbie’s Supply Chain:</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversee and guide the day to day operations of our supply chain</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Deliver against our strategy to scale our supply chain to support and anticipate Bobbie’s growth – from people to capacity to systems</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage a strong team of leaders and provide oversight to Planning, Procurement, Logistics & Fulfillment and Manufacturing</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner closely with the Regulatory, Quality, Product Development and Safety teams to ensure compliance, quality and food safety in our end-to-end product lifecycle</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Define, own and monitor relevant KPIs, and report out on performance to leadership and the wider organization </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support commercialization of new products and renovations to ensure our products flow through our supply chain effectively </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own COGS and Logistics expense including a corresponding multi-year reduction strategy agains those</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Review monthly COGS performance with the Executive Team</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build both the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and 5 year Strategic Plan for COGS and logistics expenses</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work closely with Finance to re-forecast the Latest Estimate (LE) as required</span></li>
</ul>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Understanding of warehousing and transportation, both using internal operations and 3PL partners </span></li>
