Responsibilities

• Lead a team of strategic business planning professionals to develop and execute strategic plans for the corporate banking and institutional banking business segments
• Analyze regulatory requirements, market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify growth opportunities and formulate strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and risk management, to align strategic priorities and drive business performance
• Monitor and report on the execution of strategic plans, digital enablement, identifying and addressing any challenges or risks
• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to senior management on key business decisions
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and client-centricity within the team

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a related field, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functions and levels of the organization
• Proficient in the use of data analysis and visualization tools
