De zeehondenpopulatie aan onze kust is zich langzaam aan het herstellen. Steeds vaker worden rustende zeehonden op het strand of golfbreker aangetroffen. Zeehonden(-pups) bezoeken onze kust meestal tijdens de lente, zomer en winterperiode waarbij een 20-tal interventies in de omgeving van Knokke-Heist plaatsvinden.
