This individual exhibits a warm, friendly and professional demeanor at all times to further enhance the guest experience.  What will you do?   <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Set up club space prior to event and maintain cleanliness of space during event to include re-setting tables and stations as required </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Take accurate beverage order and deliver beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Handle credit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to guests </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Address any guest questions or concerns, escalating to Supervisor as needed </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Adhere to Department of Health food handling regulations and Company’s alcohol service guidelines  </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Provide excellent customer service to guests and for serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous and accurate manner </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Responsible for checking identification of guests to ensure they are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Able to walk and stand during the entire shift and assisting with set up of the dining room and other work areas </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Maintains the cleanliness of assigned work area and assist with all guest service functions </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Position could be assigned to another area within Premium, as per Local 100 contract and call sheet order. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.  </li> </ul> What do you need to succeed?  <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240,"335572071":0,"335572072":0,"335572073":4278190080,"335572075":0,"335572076":0,"335572077":4278190080,"335572079":0,"335572080":0,"335572081":4278190080,"335572083":0,"335572084":0,"335572085":4278190080,"335572087":0,"335572088":0,"335572089":4278190080,"469789798":"nil","469789802":"nil","469789806":"nil","469789810":"nil","469789814":"nil"}"> Minimum of 2 years Food & Beverage experience in a front of house role  </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Food & Beverage product knowledge; Proper knowledge of New York State Board of Health Food and alcohol handling rules a plus </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Work well under pressure and have a professional appearance and demeanor.  This person must have good communication skills, a commitment to high-quality customer service and be able to handle the high-pressure environment </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Prior wait staff experience required. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Proven ability to listen, understand and communicate effectively </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Commitment to guest service and ability to handle a high-energy environment </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Experience using POS system </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Available to work flexible hours </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">TEAM Certification a plus  </li> </ul> Special Requirements  <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Able to walk and stand during the entire shift  </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Must be of legal age to serve alcohol </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">This position works nights, weekends and holidays. </li> </ul> #LI-Onsite<div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Hourly Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range">$20.60—$20.60 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">At MSG, we recognize the importance of upskilling employees’ talents and strengths so they can drive their careers forward.
