Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.</p> <ul> <li>Welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen and in addition, memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks.</li> <li>Greet customers and hand out menus.</li> <li>Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen.</li> <li>Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials.</li> <li>Confirm food items match the orders and deliver them to the correct table.</li> <li>Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.</li> <li>Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.</li> <li>Prepare the bill for tables when requested.</li> <li>Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.</li> <li>Administer change to tables if needed.</li> <li>Provide excellent customer service to everyone, anticipating the guests needs.</li> <li>Showing food and beverage knowledge through taking orders and providing advice on ingredients, dietary restrictions and upselling.</li> <li>Manage a busy section whilst adhering to company service and conduct standards.</li> <li>Ensuring the correct set up, handover and breakdown of the restaurant and shift.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for in a Waiter?..</strong></p> <p>A successful Waiter/Waitress for Soho Farmhouse Ibiza will ideally have up to 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.</p> <ul> <li>Must have experience in a 5-star hotel or in a fine dining restaurant.</li> <li>Must have a passion for food and beverage and guest satisfaction.</li> <li>You have to be reliable, flexible, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.</li> <li>Strong attention to details</li> <li>Excellent customer service</li> <li>Team player who communicates well with all colleagues</li> <li>Punctual, organised, reliable and trustworthy</li> <li>Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions</li> <li>Ability to handle feedback to achieve member satisfaction</li> <li>Fluent in English is mandatory.</li> <li>Good English and spanish language skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Requirements..</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand</li> <li>Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours</li> <li>Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits..</strong></p> <p>Soho House offers competitive compensation packages for our Waiter/Waitress that feature global benefits and perks.
