Situated in the heart of White City, The Broadcaster is a vibrant four-floor pub and rooftop terrace where modern British classics meet warm hospitality and lively energy. We’re a place where every guest should feel welcome, looked after, and keen to return.
We’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress who loves people, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences. If you’ve got great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for food and drink, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing
As a Waiter/Waitress at The Broadcaster, you’ll:
- Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and positivity.
- Guide guests confidently through our food and drink menus, making tailored recommendations.
- Keep service smooth, from taking orders to delivering dishes and processing payments.
- Work as part of a team, supporting your colleagues and keeping the atmosphere upbeat.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail.
What’s in it for you
- Group dining discounts across all our venues.
- Staff meals and refreshments on shift to keep you fuelled.
- Team incentives and celebratory trips when we hit our goals.
- Early access to your wages with Wagestream.
- Staff referral bonuses. Bring your friends on board!
You’ll bring
- A friendly, positive attitude and great communication skills.
- High standards and pride in delivering excellent service.
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress (a plus, but not essential as we’ll train the right people).
Be part of a team that values positivity, service, and growth and help us create experiences worth coming back for.
