Tijdens jouw nachtdienst ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor bewoners van locatie Paradijs en de jongeren van Jan Kottenerf in Gouda. Ook cliënten van Gewoon Thuis en Beschut Wonen kunnen op jou rekenen. Je blijft wakker, alert en beschikbaar. Je signaleert wat er speelt, grijpt in bij onrust of calamiteiten en zorgt dat iedereen zich veilig voelt.
