This position combines logistics expertise with IT &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>hardware diagnostics, repair coordination, and team leadership responsibilities in a fast<br>paced, high-impact environment. &nbsp;</p> <p><br>You will: &nbsp;<br>• Lead standard creation and ensure adherence across global asset technician teams &nbsp;<br>• Act as a point of escalation for process, technical, and operational queries &nbsp;<br>• Provide hardware support for a wide range of devices, including Apple and Windows &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>products &nbsp;<br>• Deliver software support across macOS and Windows environments (including Boot &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Camp and Parallels)<br>• Triage assets and diagnose hardware or cosmetic issues, recommending appropriate &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>repairs &nbsp;<br>• Troubleshoot internal systems and resolve day-to-day operational challenges &nbsp;<br>• Manage repair timelines, partner deadlines, and ensure high-quality completion &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>standards &nbsp;<br>• Compile repair data and provide performance reporting to management &nbsp;<br>• Maintain accurate asset tracking and update customer portals with real-time status &nbsp;<br>• Prepare assets for shipment, including picking, packing, labeling, and coordinating with &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>couriers &nbsp;<br>• Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments; stock inventory appropriately &nbsp;<br>• Assist with loading and unloading shipments and warehouse material handling &nbsp;<br>• Conduct cycle counts and support ongoing inventory audits &nbsp;<br>• Partner with regional and global inventory teams for alignment and process &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>consistency &nbsp;<br>• Support new hire equipment deployment and regional logistics coordination &nbsp;<br>• Oversee e-waste processing, donation logistics, and proper disposal practices &nbsp;<br>• Travel to customer sites within the region for urgent technical or logistical requests &nbsp;<br>• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment while maintaining high data &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>integrity standards &nbsp;<br>• Take on additional tasks or special projects as assigned by site leadership &nbsp;</p> <p><br><strong>WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED &nbsp;</strong><br>• Previous experience leading or mentoring a team in a fast-paced or high-demand &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>environment &nbsp;<br>• Experience in logistics, warehousing, IT support, or hardware repair (preferred) &nbsp;<br>• Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn device repair and troubleshooting &nbsp;<br>• Familiarity with Apple and Windows operating systems &nbsp;<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets) &nbsp;<br>• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and make quick decisions &nbsp;<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills &nbsp;<br>• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy &nbsp;<br>• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities &nbsp;<br>• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team &nbsp;<br>• Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and customer needs &nbsp;<br>• Comfortable being hands-on with inventory, equipment handling, and warehouse &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>operations &nbsp;<br>• Ability to lift and move equipment in a warehouse environment</p> <p><br><strong>DESIRABLE SKILLS </strong>&nbsp;<br>• Experience with inventory management or asset tracking systems &nbsp;<br>• Background in IT hardware repair or technical environments &nbsp;<br>• Knowledge of global logistics or multi-region operations &nbsp;<br>• Experience working with ticketing or queue management systems &nbsp;</p> <p><br><strong>EOS BENEFITS &nbsp;</strong><br>At EOS IT Solutions, we are committed to supporting the well-being and success of our team. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Our comprehensive benefits package includes: &nbsp;<br>• Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance (starting the 1st of the month after your start &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>date) &nbsp;<br>• Occasional overtime and bonus opportunities for hourly employees &nbsp;<br>• 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually &nbsp;<br>• 12 paid holidays &nbsp;<br>• 6 sick days (available immediately) &nbsp;<br>• 401(k) retirement plan (available after 90 days) &nbsp;<br>• Complimentary onsite parking &nbsp;<br>• Access to electric vehicle (EV) charging stations &nbsp;<br>• Complimentary breakfast and/or lunch options &nbsp;<br>• Onsite snacks and beverages &nbsp;<br>• Employee discounts through partner programs &nbsp;<br>• Career progression and certification support &nbsp;<br>• Flexible scheduling options &nbsp;<br>• Career pathway to IT technician roles &nbsp;</p> <p><br><strong>COMPENSATION DISCLAIMER </strong>&nbsp;<br>The EOS pay range for this position is a general guideline and not a guarantee of &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>compensation.
