At Lexington Medical, Inc., you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of millions of patients worldwide while thriving in a fast-growing MedTech company.</p> <p>This is a full-time temporary position with potential to convert to full-time regular employee.</p> <p><em><strong>The hours for this position are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.&nbsp;</strong></em></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Pick parts for production orders.</li> <li>Perform cycle counts.</li> <li>Maintain first in, first out (FIFO) of both raw materials and finished goods.</li> <li>Receive deliveries, accurately count contents and enter data into MRP system.</li> <li>Document damaged shipments and quantity discrepancies.</li> <li>Deliver received parts to proper storage locations.</li> <li>Pull devices from finished goods to fulfill customer orders.</li> <li>Pack customer orders carefully to prevent damage during shipping.</li> <li>Prepare shipping documentation (UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight).</li> <li>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li> <li>Assist in other departments as necessary.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to manipulate small parts.</li> <li>Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, lift, carry.</li> <li>Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">High School Diploma or equivalent preferred</span></li> <li>1+ years of warehouse experience is preferred</li> <li>Strong organizational skills.</li> <li>Attention to detail is imperative.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Basic mathematics and computer skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.</li> <li>Well organized.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and prioritize varying demands for time.</li> <li>Medical device or other regulated industry experience is a plus.</li> <li>Ability to operate material handling equipment is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Company Overview &amp; Disclaimer</strong></p> <p>Lexington Medical, Inc. is a surgical stapling company based in Bedford, MA, developing smart surgical technology for minimally invasive procedures.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Hourly Rate</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$21</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$23 USD</span></div></div></div>
