This role is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products and materials while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required, as on-the-job training will be provided.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and inspecting products for damage or defects.</li> <li>Organize and store products according to company safety and warehouse standards.</li> <li>Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.</li> <li>Prepare shipping labels and coordinate deliveries or courier services as needed.</li> <li>Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (if certified).</li> <li>Assist with inventory movement and material handling throughout the warehouse.</li> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and promptly report safety concerns to management.</li> <li>Collaborate effectively with team members to support daily operations.</li> <li>Drive a company vehicle with a flatbed trailer, as needed.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.</li> <li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the workday/for extended periods.</li> <li>Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when picking and packing orders.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li> <li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li> <li>Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.</li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.&nbsp;</li> <li>Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.</li> <li>Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.</li> <li>Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.</li> <li>Experience driving a truck and flatbed trailer.</li> <li>Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Health insurance</li> <li>Dental insurance</li> <li>Paid time off</li> <li>Paid training and ongoing support</li> <li>Opportunities for growth and advancement</li> </ul>
