About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Collect, validate, and analyze data to support process improvement and decision-making
- Develop process maps, workflows, and standard documentation to improve clarity and consistency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve cycle time, and enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and improvement progress
- Support automation and digitalization efforts by identifying opportunities for process optimization
- Participate in Kaizen events, process improvement workshops, and cross-functional projects
- Monitor performance of implemented improvements and recommend further enhancements
- Ensure standardization of processes across departments where applicable
- Document and communicate process changes to stakeholders and support adoption efforts
- Assist in training employees on new processes, tools, and best practices
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field required
- 1–3 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel advanced functions, Power BI, SQL, or similar) preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a manufacturing or operational environment preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk in an office and production environment and lift up to 25 pounds
