Warehouse Manager

As our Warehouse Manager, you will lead and optimize the operational excellence of our distribution center in Curicó, ensuring seamless traceability, efficiency, and precision from product receipt to final dispatch. What You’ll Do

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and quality control, while effectively planning shifts to ensure operational continuity during high-demand peaks.

• Coordinate and plan all pergola cutting and customization activities according to customer requirements, ensuring all tasks are completed within committed timelines and defined quality standards.

• Support delivery route planning for our internal truck fleet and coordinate closely with external carriers and the Operations team to minimize delivery errors through rigorous pre-dispatch validations.

• Maintain rigorous control of finished goods, spare parts, and consumables inventory by defining critical stock levels and executing periodic cyclic counts to prevent stockouts.

• Manage reverse logistics and quality control by inspecting returns, defining corrective actions for reprocessing or disposal, and ensuring strict compliance with workplace safety regulations.

What You’ll Bring

• Solid, proven experience in leadership roles within distribution centers, warehouses, or demanding logistical environments, with a demonstrated ability to manage seasonal demand peaks and container arrivals.

• Familiarity with outbound coordination and distribution, including supporting fleet handoffs and liaising with external last-mile couriers while collaborating seamlessly with internal operations.

• Demonstrated ability to control inventory, establish critical stock levels, execute cyclic audits, and manage reverse logistics efficiently to prevent reactive purchasing.

• A proactive approach toward workplace safety, organization, and process optimization through continuous improvement methodologies and systematic KPI analysis.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork skills to motivate personnel, paired with an Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2+) to collaborate with international stakeholders.
