We have developed strategic cooperative partnerships with leading ocean carriers and logistics service providers such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk Line, Sinotrans, etc.</p> <p>We have built up the ocean and air transport network from China to the world and introduced a series of innovative product offerings such as the First-class FCL, First-class LCL, First-class Air Freight, realizing online quotation, online order, online logistics tracking and other abundant functions, to build a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain logistics.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee a team of full-time employees, responsible for a wide array of tasks including staffing, training, professional development, motivation, retention, and disciplinary actions up to termination.</li> <li>Propel workforce excellence by implementing progressive strategies in performance and productivity management. Provide consistent, equitable feedback, and offer coaching and counseling as necessary.</li> <li>Direct the operational activities within warehouse settings. This includes conducting operational meetings to ensure adherence to work instructions, workflow processes, and safety regulations.
