About the role
- Full supervision of the warehouse quality certification file
- Following up and implementing the requirements and regulations of the Food and Drug Authority, while ensuring full compliance
- Supervising the implementation of quality systems within the warehouse (storage – handling – traceability)
- Dealing with regulatory inspectors and following up on observations and inspection reports
- Preparing and updating the required documents for audits and inspection processes
- Registering the pharmacist as the responsible Warehouse Manager in accordance with applicable regulations
- Coordinating with management to ensure continuous compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- Fresh graduate or with experience not exceeding 6 months
- Basic knowledge of quality systems and Food & Drug Authority regulations
- Good organizational skills with the ability to learn and follow up effectively
- Ability to deal with regulatory authorities and inspectors

Working Hours: 6 working days per week – from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
