Our portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products includes Hood, Heluva Good, Lactaid, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Planet Oat and more.</p></div><p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong><u> </u></p> <ul> <li>Using RF guns, follow procedures to scan inbound license plates and direct them to the ASRS.</li> <li>Using RF guns, follow order picking procedures to accurately pick orders for customers.</li> <li>Using RF guns, follow procedures to scan out bound products to be staged or directly loaded in trailers.</li> <li>Accurately, safely and efficiently load trailers and monitor the timeliness of load out to avoid late loads and retention charges.</li> <li>Ability to safely and efficiently operate essential material handling equipment (i.e., Forklifts and pallet jacks).</li> <li>Understand and navigate the HK software to diagnose and fix faults in the ASRS.</li> <li>Manually manipulate the ASRS cranes to fix faults and clean spills.</li> <li>Safely operate the floor scrubber for general cleaning and emergency clean-up.</li> <li>Use proper PPE’s when handling chemicals.</li> <li>Participate in daily quality, safety and informational tailgate meetings.</li> <li>Navigate the portal for essential documents.</li> <li>Communicate with planners for all load/order information.</li> <li>Communicate with drivers when loads are completed.</li> <li>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Education and Experience:&nbsp; </u></strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Intermediate Computer Skills (i.e. Word, Excel, etc)</li> <li>Excellent troubleshooting skills</li> <li>Solid Mechanical Skills</li> <li>Ability to work well with people</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Multi-tasked Individual</li> <li>Ability to work independently</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Physical Requirements:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Standing: Long periods (a minimum of 8+ hours)</li> <li>Sitting: Occasionally for short periods</li> <li>Walking: Long periods</li> <li>Bending: Frequently</li> <li>Lifting: Heavy (50+ lbs) frequently</li> <li>Carrying: Heavy (40-60 lbs) frequently distance Pushing/Pulling: under 75 lbs without assistance frequently</li> </ul> <p><strong>SQF Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job task and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner.</li> <li>Report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.</li> <li>The monitoring of incoming services.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Coverage</strong></p> <p>The Warehousemen are trained in all essential aspects of the Warehouseman Job Description and cover each other in this position as needed</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Casual Employee: - &nbsp;<em>This is a casual position with variable shifts that may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts may fall between 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. depending on business needs.</em></strong></p> <p>Casual employees will receive (80%) of the regular inside employee wages.
